Alberta Prime Ribs Roast (bone-in)

Known at Saslove's at The King of the Roasts, Prime Rib Roast is best cooked with the bone for maximum flavour in dry heat, with the fat side up. Ask one of our butchers to cradle it for you, whereby he will remove the bone, and re-tie it; a process that adds the flavour of the bone to the roast, but makes it easy to carve after cutting the strings.  The meat on the discarded bones is delicious and is often fought over by family members in the know.
